Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise and lead warehouse staff in daily operations.
Assign tasks and monitor employee performance to ensure productivity targets are met.
Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
At least 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with supervisory or leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
