Responsibilities

• Oversee the receiving, storage, and issuance of all packaging materials
• Ensure proper handling and storage conditions to prevent damage, contamination, or deterioration of materials
• Organize packaging materials for easy access and efficient workflow
• Maintain accurate inventory levels of packaging materials
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks
• Monitor stock movements and ensure proper recording in the system
• Supervise staff responsible for packaging materials handling and inventory
• Assign tasks related to receiving, issuing, and organizing materials
• Train team members on proper handling and inventory procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in handling warehouse inventory.
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Basic computer knowledge
• Experience in a team leader position minimum 2 years
• Willing to be assigned in Maguyam, Cavite.
