Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team, including coordination of receiving, storage, and distribution of goods

• Maintain inventory accuracy and control, identifying and resolving any discrepancies

• Ensure all health, safety, and security procedures are followed by the warehouse team

• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

• Provide training and development opportunities for warehouse personnel

• Prepare and analyze performance reports, tracking key metrics and identifying areas for optimization

• Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and customer service, to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role, ideally within the logistics or supply chain industry

• Strong working knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions

• Proficient in data analysis and report generation, using tools like Excel

• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

• Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams
