The
Warehouse Team Leader will oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching of materials. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse staff, monitoring procedures, and maintaining a safe and well-organized working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead warehouse personnel to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
- Monitor daily warehouse activities such as receiving, sorting, storing, and releasing items.
- Ensure proper inventory management, including accurate recording and tracking of stock levels.
- Coordinate with other departments (Production, Purchasing, Logistics) for timely material movement.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
- Train and guide warehouse staff on proper procedures and safety protocols.
- Prepare reports related to inventory, movements, and warehouse performance.
- Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Handle issues related to warehouse operations and escalate concerns when needed.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Warehouse or Manufacturing operations.
- Preferably with Team Leader or Supervisory experience.
- Can start ASAP.
- Willing to attend face-to-face interview.
