Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate dispatching, receiving, and reporting. This role involves planning, organizing, and optimizing warehouse efficiency while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage warehouse operations in line with company standards.
  • Ensure efficient receiving, dispatching, inventory control, and reporting.
  • Optimize warehouse layout, productivity, and logistics.
  • Enforce security, safety, and compliance protocols.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to policies.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics data to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Improve productivity and meet organizational objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of warehouse operations and inventory.
  • Safety Officer Certificate is an advantage.
  • Can work well with minimal supervision.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
  • With experience using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint), inventory management, and manpower knowledge
