Role Description
As a Warehouse Supervisor at CONSUMER CARE PRODUCTS INC., you will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure efficiency and accuracy. This full-time role, based on-site in Rodriguez, involves supervising staff, managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving, and maintaining proper material handling standards. You will also play a key role in ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and task delegation
- Experience in Shipping & Receiving operations and Inventory Control
- Proficiency in Material Handling and Forklift Operation, with relevant certification preferred
- Problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and experience with warehouse management software is a plus
- Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced certifications or relevant education preferred
