Job Description
Join ASEC Development and Construction Corporation as our Warehouse Supervisor and be part of a reliable construction support team!
Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, issuance, and transfer of materials, tools, and equipment
Ensure compliance with warehouse policies and procedures
Monitor proper usage and safekeeping of tools and equipment at the site
Conduct physical inspection and maintain status reports of warehouse equipment
Approve requisitions for minor tools and equipment and maintenance work orders
Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate inventory reporting
Coordinate mobilization of equipment based on project requirements
Monitor and manage scrap disposal and defective equipment reports
Maintain proper documentation and record keeping of warehouse activities
Coordinate with site operations and other departments regarding warehouse needs
Visit project sites to monitor warehouse activities and address operational concerns
Area of Deployment: Roving
Job Type: Full-Time / Regular Employment
Qualifications
Graduate of any four (4) year course
At least three (3) years work experience as Warehouse or Inventory Supervisor
With knowledge in warehouse policies and procedures
With knowledge in ISO Quality Management System (advantage)
Computer literate; SAP knowledge is an advantage
Strong leadership and team supervision skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational and documentation skills
