Role Description

The Warehouse Supervisor supports the Branch Manager in the day-to-day execution of warehousing and transportation operations for FMCG products in Cebu. This role is responsible for supervising frontline warehouse staff, ensuring operational targets are met, and maintaining compliance with company standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

•    Supervise daily warehouse activities: receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch

•    Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance in handling and storage of FMCG products

•    Monitor team productivity and report KPIs to the Branch Manager

•    Assist in coordinating outbound deliveries and scheduling with transport partners

•    Conduct regular inventory spot checks and assist in reconciliation

•    Enforce safety protocols and housekeeping standards on the warehouse floor

•    Supervise and guide warehouse staff and team leaders on shift

•    Escalate operational issues and incidents to the Branch Manager promptly

•    Assist in preparing operational reports and documentation as required

•    Support SAP transactions including goods receipt, issuance, and stock transfers

Qualifications

Education

•    Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

•    2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG

•    At least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role

•    Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced distribution environment

Technical Skills

•    Working knowledge of SAP inventory transactions

•    Familiar with WMS and warehouse best practices

•    Basic knowledge of transportation and delivery coordination
