Job Description:

Lead strategic projects end-to-end, from problem definition and impact assessment to implementation
Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives
Conduct both qualitative and quantitative analyses to evaluate business performance
Benchmark competitors and industry best practices to identify improvement opportunities
Prepare strategic insights and recommendations for senior management

Requirements:

Any Bachelor Degree and a Master Degree is a plus.
Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Python, or other data tools is highly preferred.
2+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, project management, or business analysis are preferred.
Prior experience in management consulting or strategy teams is preferred.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects with measurable business outcomes.
Proven leadership experience and quality.
Experience in warehousing/logistics is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
High proficiency in G-Suites and MS-Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
