Job Summary
Handles various tasks in receiving and inventory warehousing controls, and dispatching activities to end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for receiving transactions and entering the receiving documents information in the Receiving Monitoring Report timely manner.
- Creates a plan or timetable for the movement of materials, heavy equipment, and light trucks to transport supplies accordingly.
- Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of warehouse stocks actual inventory against the Warehouse Inventory monitoring report.
- Perform any function in receiving and the warehouse with minimal supervision.
- Maximize quality and productivity by understanding the expectations of the company to achieve zero variances.
- Accurately executes pick lists as prescribed in MSRS and kits all the items in the list and transfers to the receiving staging area for dispatch.
- Plan, organize, and control the inventory locations and ensure that items are properly labeled per procedure.
- Observe cleanliness, orderliness, and safety measures in the warehouse/receiving area.
- Effectively manage the inventory per assigned rack and be a responsible person to secure the inventory.
- Learn and familiarize yourself with identifying the parts assigned per rack.
Qualifications
- The candidate must be at least a Senior High School Graduate or a College undergraduate in any course.
- Warehousing and Receiving training programs, Communication skills.
- With at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a construction company.
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (MS Word and MS Excel).
- Willing to be assigned to Mauban, Quezon Province
- Must be willing to start immediately/ASAP.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- One (1) Project-Based position is available.
