JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for ensuring that the Third Party Logistics provider operates the Warehouse Distribution Centers in compliance with NBS Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Responsible for the job order setting (Special Order, Cancellation, Priority, Volume, Revisions etc.)
- Responsible on the approval of all documents (Inbound and Outbound).
- Ensures that the Third Party Logistics applies the defined business flow in processing warehouse goods (from receiving, warehousing, to dispatching).
- Audits Third Party Logistics compliance in achieving the defined SLA.
- Recommends Process Improvements needed to improve the Third Party Logistics performance.
- Coordinates with the Third Party Logistics Operations team.
- Responsible for checking the validity of the Request Purchase Order (RPO)
- Creates Stock Transfer Order (STO) from one (1) Distribution Center to another.
- Monitors the Trip Routing Plan (TRP)
- Ensures that all Purchase Orders (POs) and Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) to be processed are valid
- Ensures the compliance of the Forwarder to cross-docking/DC requirements
- Ensures Third Party Logistics performs Value Added Services (VAS) on time, quantity and quality agreed.
- Responsible for endorsing Incident Reports (IR) on noted deviations/ non-conformance of the Third Party Logistics to NBS processes and procedures
- Responsible for tote box container utilization and monitoring.
