- Identify and engage potential clients needing warehouse storage solutions.
- Conduct site assessments and clients consultations to determine the best fit for racking systems.
- Recommend, design, and present racking layout solutions including pallet racks, shelving, mezzanines, and other warehouse structures.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, technical drawings, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate closely with the engineering and installation teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of solutions.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, and close sales while maintaining profitability.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Provide product demonstrations and conduct technical presentations when required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before, during, and after project implementation.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates for review by the Chief Operating Officer.
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably related to Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration
- At least three (3) years of experience in technical sales, preferably in warehouse racking, material handling, or construction industry
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and racking system
- Ability to read and interpret technical layouts; knowledge in AutoCAD or similar software is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to conduct site visits and occasional client meetings as needed
Note: This position is primarily office-based with scheduled site visits and client engagement. It may require occasional extended hours depending on client or project demand.
