Job Description
Oversee warehouse inventory, outbound and maintenance operations; Ensure SLAs are met
Ensure the division is staffed with competent people capable in their current positions whilst being prepared and developed for the challenges of the future
Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
Adhere to all warehousing and handling requirements
Manage overall warehouse cost and budget
Produce reports and statistics regularly: Warehouse key metrics, shrinkage report, stock movement report, costs reports
Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
Outbound Order Monitoring
- Track and manage the outbound order process to ensure shipments are picked, packed, and shipped
- according to schedules and customer commitments.
Performance Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze outbound KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time shipping rate, shipping costs, and carrier
- performance. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to support decision-making.
Exception Management
- Investigate and resolve outbound exceptions such as delayed shipments, mis-picks, and order
- discrepancies. Work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
Requirements
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
Preferably has 5-10 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics and Warehousing
Has supervisory experience, both for direct and agency employees
Keen with details and has background in process improvement
Knowledgeable with MS and Google Applications
Amenable to be assigned in Bacolod
