Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Warehouse Operations Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure smooth operational flow. The ideal candidate will lead the team in achieving productivity targets while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and excellent operational standards.
Qualifications
- College Level or College Graduate
- At least 2–4 years of experience in Team Leadership, Warehouse Operations, or Supervisory roles
- Background in logistics, warehousing, retail, or distribution operations is an advantage
- Familiar with inventory monitoring, stock handling, and warehouse documentation
- Knowledgeable in warehouse systems, inventory tools, and basic reporting
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and staff productivity
- Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries and inventory accuracy
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of stocks
- Lead and motivate warehouse personnel to meet operational targets
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams for timely dispatch
- Prepare operational reports and support process improvements
- Handle operational concerns and assist in staff training
