Assist in managing field and warehouse staff and lead the team to achieve operational goals.
Provide support to the Warehouse Manager in inventory control, inventory analysis, and timely replenishment.
Supervise and oversee all daily activities and work inside the warehouse.
Monitor the quality status of stored materials to prevent overstocking, shortages, damage, or loss, and ensure the safety of inventory goods.
Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to improve warehouse management processes, procedures, and operational standards.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational and inventory reports.
Ensure accuracy between physical inventory and system records.
Assign, direct, and review work plans and tasks of assigned staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
At least 24 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or supply chain management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
Experience managing 50100 warehouse personnel is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of warehouse processes including receiving, storage, inventory monitoring, replenishment, and dispatch.
Experience in inventory analysis, stock reconciliation, and report preparation (daily, weekly, and monthly).
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and proper handling of materials.
Good communication and coordination skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple operational priorities.
