Responsibilities
The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily inbound, outbound, and/or inventory warehouse operations to ensure safe, accurate, and ontime execution in line with customer requirements and DHL Supply Chain standards. The role leads warehouse teams, monitors operational KPIs, enforces safety and quality compliance, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supervise daily warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, shipping, or inventory)
- Ensure accurate and ontime receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods
- Assign manpower and monitor productivity per shift
- Lead, coach, and monitor Team Leaders and warehouse staff
- Ensure compliance with safety rules, quality standards, and site procedures
- Monitor operational performance and address issues or delays
- Prepare and submit basic daily and weekly operational reports
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations
- Support continuous improvement and housekeeping (5S) activities
- Perform other operational tasks as required by management
Requirements
Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or any related program3-5 years experience in warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory or shipping)At least 2 years in a supervisory role managing warehouse teamsProven experience working in a WMS driven environmentExperience in logistics, 3PL, distribution center or manufacturing warehouseWorking knowledge of warehouse KPI and productivity measurementsAble to handle operational pressure, peak volumes, and tight deadlinesExperience handling customer-specific SLAs is an advantageExposure to Lean, CI, or First Choice / Continuous Improvement toolsWilling to work on shifting schedulesWilling to work in Maguyam, Cavite onsite
