This full-time role is based in our head office inMandaluyong City.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily order, production, processing, inventory management, and fulfillment to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for fulfillment accuracy, delivery time, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement process improvements to reduce errors, lead times, and operational costs.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate operations, logistics and production team
- Manage relationships with logistics partners and couriers
- Ensure all gifts meet company quality standards before shipment.
- Collaborate with customer service to resolve operational issues, delivery disputes, and escalations.
- Oversee stocking, maintenance, and servicing of vending machines as part of alternative gifting distribution channels.
- Implement floral care best practices and oversee the proper storage, hydration, and handling of fresh flowers to maintain quality and freshness.
- Oversee operations across multiple regional hubs to ensure consistency and efficiency, and monitor performance through established KPIs
- Work with different departments to align operations with campaigns, cost control, internal systems, staffing needs, etc.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with experience handling cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and logistics processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
