Warehouse Operations Manager

• Manage and coordinate the execution of client contracts, ensuring all service level agreements are met
• Oversee the planning and scheduling of operations, optimizing resources to maximize efficiency
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any operational issues or escalations
• Provide support and guidance to the warehouse operations team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and quality standards
• Regularly review and improve operational processes and procedures
• Overall in charge in managing warehouse operations

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 5-8 years experience in a contract management or warehousing operations role within the manufacturing, 3PL or logistics industry
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations and experience in managing complex client contracts
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
• Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field
• Experience in 3PL, Customer relation and Commercial Management.
