Warehouse Network Administrator

岗位要求:

1、 负责完成国家库工具及备件仓储实物及系统收发货业务,记录异常并及时反馈

2、 负责管辖仓库的账实管理,定期完成盘点抽盘任务,及时完成差异分析及处理

3、 仓储内部业务优化,改善业务流程,实现业务降本,做好成本控制

4、 对接计划,跟踪业务进度及KPI监察

5、 完成上级领导安排的其他工作

1. Responsible for completing the physical and system receiving and shipping operations of tools and spare parts in the national warehouse, recording anomalies, and providing timely feedback.

2. Responsible for the inventory management of the assigned warehouse, conducting regular cycle counts and spot checks, and promptly completing variance analysis and resolution.

3. Optimize internal warehouse operations, improve business processes, achieve cost reduction, and ensure effective cost control.

4. Coordinate with planning, monitor business progress, and oversee KPI tracking.

5. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
