We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management, accurate documentation, proper stock handling, and smooth coordination with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch preparation
- Ensure accurate inventory records and proper stock reconciliation
- Implement and monitor FIFO/FEFO procedures
- Monitor slow-moving, near-expiry, damaged, and obsolete stocks
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Maintain complete and accurate warehouse documentation
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, security, and audit readiness
- Lead, supervise, and evaluate warehouse personnel
- Coordinate closely with Procurement, Logistics, Sales, QA/QC, Finance, and Audit
- Recommend and implement improvements to warehouse processes and controls
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or any related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO, and warehouse procedures
- Experience in a GMP-regulated environment (pharma, animal health, veterinary, food, or feed) preferred.
- Working knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and inventory best practices.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Able to manage people, priorities, and deadlines effectively
