KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Warehouse Operations
- Oversee daily warehouse operations.
- Ensure efficient receiving, storage, issuance, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Implement and sustain 5S practices.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization.
Inventory Management
- Maintain at least 99.5% inventory accuracy.
- Conduct cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
- Ensure strict FIFO and FEFO implementation.
- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, damaged, expired, and obsolete inventory.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Safeguard company assets through proper inventory control.
Finance Coordination
- Reconcile warehouse inventory with Finance records.
- Assist in month-end and year-end inventory closing.
- Manage inventory valuation with the Finance Department.
- Monitor rejected, damaged, expired, and returned inventory.
- Prepare documentation for inventory adjustments and write-offs.
- Support Internal and External Audits.
- Ensure complete documentation and traceability of all inventory movements.
- Help reduce inventory losses and improve cost control.
Quality Assurance & Quality Control Coordination
- Ensure all incoming materials remain in quarantine until approved by QA/QC.
- Prevent issuance of unreleased or rejected materials.
- Properly segregate approved, quarantined, rejected, returned, and expired materials.
- Ensure proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, sanitation, pest control).
- Maintain batch and lot traceability.
- Support GMP, GDP, FDA, BAI, and customer audits.
- Monitor warehouse hygiene and compliance.
- Report quality issues immediately.
Receiving Operations
- Verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders.
- Coordinate receiving inspections with QA/QC.
- Ensure proper documentation before warehouse acceptance.
- Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies. Materials Issuance
- Ensure timely issuance of approved materials.
- Prevent issuance errors.
- Coordinate closely with Production and Planning.
Finished Goods Management
- Store finished goods according to specifications.
- Ensure only QA-approved products are released.
- Coordinate with Logistics for timely deliveries.
- Prevent product damage during storage and loading.
Warehouse Safety
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular warehouse safety inspections.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards.
- Promote accident prevention and emergency preparedness.
Leadership & People Management
- Lead by example with integrity and professionalism.
- Build a culture of teamwork, discipline, and accountability.
- Coach and mentor warehouse employees.
- Conduct regular performance coaching and evaluations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration , Operations Management , Industrial Technology or a related field Experience *
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience.
- At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. *
- Experience in pharmaceutical, veterinary, feed, food, FMCG, or manufacturing industries is preferred.
