Warehouse Manager

Role Description The Warehouse Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone. This position oversees daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock control, receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials and finished goods. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for organizing workflows, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring safe and efficient use of equipment and space. The role includes monitoring stock levels, conducting regular cycle counts, coordinating with logistics, production, and procurement teams, and maintaining accurate records in warehouse and inventory systems. The Warehouse Manager also enforces health, safety, and security standards, implements process improvements, and supports continuous optimization of the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong stock control and inventory control skills, with experience in maintaining accurate stock records and conducting regular audits.
• Candidates should possess inventory management skills, including forecasting needs, managing reorder points, and using inventory software or ERP systems.
• Candidates should possess operations management skills, including planning workflows, allocating resources, and improving warehouse processes.
• Candidates should possess forklift operation skills and familiarity with other warehouse equipment, with a commitment to safe handling and compliance with safety regulations.
• Relevant experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in manufacturing, consumer electronics, or industrial products.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities, with experience supervising multi-shift or cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and use MS Office and warehouse management systems effectively.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards, warehouse layout optimization, and best practices in supply chain operations.
• Vocational or college-level education in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field is preferred.
