Role Overview

Primary Function: We're looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team and oversee all warehouse operations, including the receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.

This role ensures efficient warehouse processes, compliance with food safety and quality standards, accurate inventory management, and timely support for production and customer deliveries. The Warehouse Manager leads the warehouse team, optimizes warehouse space and workflows, and promotes a safe, organized, and productive working environment.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Familiarity with food safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules or extended hours when business needs require.
• Willing to be based in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Food Manufacturing industry is highly preferred
