Warehouse Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Manager located in Bacolod. The Warehouse Manager will oversee warehouse operations, including stock and inventory control, distribution, and planning. Responsibilities include managing storage systems, ensuring accurate inventory records, improving operational efficiency, supervising warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high customer service standards.

• Comprehensive experience in Stock Control, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management
• Strong background in Operations Management, with proven problem-solving and organizational skills
• Knowledge of and ability to operate forklift and related equipment
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and best practices
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and relevant software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
