*Job Title: Warehouse Manager*
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years experience in warehouse/logistics management; chemical industry background is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse systems, tools, and equipment.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance with Philippine labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and returns.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety laws, ISO, GWP, and company standards.
Manage inventory control systems, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Supervise logistics activities, including delivery trucks, shipping, and receiving.
- Address customer requirements, returns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Lead repacking processes and monitor warehouse KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with QA/ISO/Regulatory departments to uphold quality standards.
- Train, guide, and develop warehouse staff to enhance workflow and productivity.
