Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Work Schedule: 5-day work week (including 1 weekend)

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across scheduling, logistics, and warehouse management. The ideal candidate is highly organised, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys problem-solving to keep processes running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee warehouse activities, including stock movement, storage, and order fulfilment.
Managing and ensuring the smooth unloading of goods from containers into warehouse.
Ensuring that the warehouse is maintained by the warehousing team and stepping in when necessary.
Track, monitor, and manage inventory to ensure accuracy and availability.
Support process improvements to optimise operational efficiency.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners (e.g., logistics providers, vendors) to coordinate deliveries, ensuring that all items are delivered/assembled accordingly.
Ensure Daily and weekly KPIs of the heavy vehicle fleet and drivers are met.
