How You'll Make an Impact
- Keep Inventory Spot-On: Lead regular cycle counts and audits to ensure every single item is accounted for.
- Lead & Inspire the Team: Guide, train, and motivate our warehouse personnel. You'll run performance reviews and help your team grow.
- Prioritize Safety First: Keep our team and working environment safe, secure, and fully compliant with safety standards.
- Drive Efficiency: Fine-tune daily workflows so deliveries always go out smoothly and on schedule.
- Stay on Top of Reports: Keep clear, organized records and send out timely operational reports.
- Find Smart Cost Savings: Spot opportunities to cut unnecessary expenses without cutting corners on quality.
What We're Looking For
- Solid Warehouse Expertise: Strong background in warehouse management and order fulfillment processes.

The Essentials
- Location: Preferably within an hour away from Currimao Municipality.
- Work Environment: On-site in an active warehouse environment. Since it can get a bit dusty, this role may not be ideal for those with severe respiratory conditions or dust allergies.
