What You'll Do:
- Ensure effective warehouse management by maintaining accurate inventory, proper product handling, and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse in line with 5S, FIFO/FEFO, and safety practices.
- Verify delivery accuracy and product quality, document discrepancies, and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory, manage stock organization, and oversee product packaging and dispatch.
- Participate in company events and cross-functional initiatives while adhering to company policies and procedures.
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- Preferably a bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
- Preferably with experience in direct selling, supply chain, logistics, sales, or similar work environment.
- Interpersonal & Organizational Skills: Effective communicator, adaptable, works independently or in a team, and performs well under pressure.
- Analytical & Technical Skills: Strong data analysis ability and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
