Job Purpose:

To support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily material handling and distribution operations while taking a lead role in maintaining compliance with statutory regulations, safety codes and company quality standards (e.g . ISO, GMP, PDEA, FPA, PNP)

Job Responsibilities

  • Warehouse & Distribution Operations
  • Daily Floor Supervision: Coordinate workflow for warehouse associates and forklift operators to meet daily production requests and fulfill daily customer delivery orders.
  • Receiving of Raw Materials from Supplier and Finished Goods from Production: Oversee the incoming transit of raw materials and packaging materials from suppliers and finished goods from Production. Ensure immediate inspection against appropriate inventory documents (PO, packing lists, DR, Invoice)
  • Space & Logistics Optimization: Arrange raw materials and finished goods to optimize warehouse storage space, ensuring chemical storage requirement and clear material handling equipment paths
  • Local Regulatory & Safety Compliance
  • DOLE & OSH Compliance: Enforce Republic Act 11058 (The Philippine OSH Law). Lead weekly toolbox meetings, audit PPE compliance, STOP observation and submission, and maintain accident/near-miss logs.
  • BFP Fire Code Enforcement: Conduct routine checks on fire suppression systems, clearance of fire exits, proper racking and storage heights, and electrical panels to ensure compliance with BFP.
  • DENR Environment Compliance: Manage the storage and segregation of hazardous materials, chemicals, and industrial waste in accordance with R.A 6969 (Toxic Substances and Hazardous Waste Control Act) before pick-up by accredited third-party haulers.
  • Documentation & Inventory Control
  • Audit Readiness: Keep all regulatory permits, safety data sheets (SDS), material inspection reports, and operational logs updated and organized for unannounced government inspections.
  • Inventory Auditing: Lead frequent cycle counts to maintain 100% inventory accuracy, investigating variances immediately to protect the company against stock shrinkage or compliance reporting issues.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 3-5 years in warehouse operations within a manufacturing or factory environment, with at least 1-2 years in a senior or team lead capacity.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in ERP software (preferably Microsoft D365) and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge in Power BI an advantage.
  • Willing to work report on site in Calle Industria, Bagumbayan, Quezon City

  • Film Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in tagalog and in English to collaborate effectively with local workers, plant managers, and government inspectors.
  • Situational Problem-Solving: The manufacturing line never stops waiting. When an audit issue or a delayed container disrupts the warehouse, this supervisor must quickly re-route workflows without compromising safety codes.
