Warehouse Compliance Associate
The
Warehouse Compliance Associate plays a critical role in ensuring that all warehouse processes, documentation, and administrative controls are properly implemented, monitored, and aligned with company standards and Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements.
In this role, you will work closely with warehouse teams, finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure audit readiness, compliance with ISO standards, and effective execution of budget and procurement processes. You will serve as a key support in maintaining operational efficiency, documentation accuracy, and continuous improvement across warehouse operations.
The position is highly focused on
ISO compliance, audit readiness, documentation governance, and warehouse administrative control, with strong involvement in SAP transactions, budget monitoring, and process standardization.
As a Warehouse Compliance Associate, you will
- Ensure all warehouse processes, procedures, and documentation are properly maintained, updated, and aligned with IMS / ISO standards
- Create, review, and implement work instructions, forms, and policies for warehouse and related teams
- Support ISO audit preparation and execution (internal and external), ensuring audit readiness across the warehouse
- Participate in audit activities and support compliance initiatives across ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001)
- Manage and monitor warehouse budget, ensuring alignment with approved plans and tracking spend vs. allocation
- Handle Purchase Requests (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and contract management, ensuring timely processing and compliance with internal policies
- Perform SAP transactions (e.g., GR, PR tracking) and resolve discrepancies such as GR/IR imbalances
- Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of purchasing and budget processes
- Lead or support 5S3R and safety initiatives, including audits, training, and awareness activities within the warehouse
- Support warehouse operations through participation in inventory activities, process improvements, and operational programs
- Maintain KPI tracking, reports, and documentation to ensure visibility and compliance with company standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related)
- At least 2 years of experience in any of the following areas (IMS / ISO compliance or audit, Warehouse / logistics operations, Administrative, purchasing, or inventory management, Budget handling and procurement processes)
- Exposure to ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001) is highly preferred
- Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment is an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP or similar systems is required
- Strong documentation, audit, and process compliance skills
- Good understanding of PR/PO processes, contract management, and budget tracking
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills (Finance, Procurement, Warehouse teams)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple administrative and operational tasks effectively
- Proficient in English (written and verbal)
