Job Description

The Warehouse Associate – Tolls is responsible for the effective management of raw materials & finished goods for toll mill feeds operations. He/she oversees the end-to-end flow of materials and supplies from receiving to issuance, ensures accurate inventory monitoring and control, maintains reliable inventory records, and provides timely reports and updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or any related course.

Experience

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics operations.
  • Knowledgeable in warehouse processes, inventory management, and material handling practices.
  • Experience in SAP or other ERP systems, particularly in inventory transaction posting and monitoring.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory documentation and reporting.
  • Good analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced operational environment with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, extended hours, or holidays when required.
  • With good communication and interpersonal skills.
