Responsibilities
- Operates according to company's quality policy and in compliance to customer's service standard
- To meet basic and routine requirements of internal (immediate supervisor) and external (customers and forwarders)
- Communicate and liaise with various external parties pertaining to shipment and orders
- Meet the required employee KPI's like productivity /output , and accuracy
- observe safety requirements
- Process orders in accordance with WI and SOP .
Requirements
- Physically fit to do lifting
- Able to use RF guns or can easily adapt to use RF guns
- Willing to do additional task per the requirements of operation
- at Least high school graduate or college level
- Warehouse experience ( Receiving , Picking and Dispatch )
