Responsibilities

1. Picker / Dispatcher

   • Check and Dispatch items to respective forwarder per area a
   • Ensure accuracy in selecting the correct items and quantities.
   • Pick orders per assigned task

2. Inventory Management:

   • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by reporting discrepancies or shortages.
   • Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.

3. Quality Control:

   • Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
   • Ensure that items meet quality standards and specifications.

4. Equipment Operation:

   • Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
   • Follow safety protocols while using equipment.

5. Communication:

   • Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to address any picking issues or concerns.
   • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.

6. Adherence to Procedures:

   • Follow established picking procedures and protocols to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
   • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices and safety regulations.

7. Maintaining Cleanliness:

   • Keep the work area organized and clean to promote safety and efficiency.
   • Dispose of packaging materials and waste properly.

8. Continuous Improvement:

   • Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Educ ation: High school diploma or equivalent
• With basic knowledge in warehousing operation
