Responsibilities

  • Stack products onto pallets in a safe, stable, and organized manner
  • Arrange items according to size, weight, and destination requirements
  • Wrap pallets using shrink wrap or strapping to secure loads
  • Label pallets correctly for shipping or storage
  • Inspect products for damage before palletizing
  • Follow loading plans, pick lists, or packing instructions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks when needed
  • Work with warehouse team to meet daily production targets

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is an advantage
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices
  • Willing to be assigned in San Fernando Pampanga
