Responsibilities
- Check and verify incoming and outgoing shipments against delivery receipts, invoices, pick lists, and other warehouse documents.
- Ensure the correctness of product quantity, quality, item code, batch number, and expiration date (if applicable).
- Inspect products for damages, defects, or discrepancies and immediately report findings to the supervisor.
- Perform receiving and dispatch checking activities in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of checked items and inventory transactions.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel, forklift operators, and supervisors regarding inventory concerns.
- Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of products within the warehouse.
- Follow warehouse safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Perform other related warehouse duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- At least High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or Vocational Graduate.
- College level is an advantage.
- With at least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, inventory checking, logistics, or related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and documentation.
- Ability to count accurately and pay close attention to details.
- Basic knowle dge of Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems is an advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving warehouse stocks when necessary.
- Can work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime if required.
- Honest, reliable, and with good communication skills.
- Willing to be assigned to any warehouse location as needed.
- Willing to work in Pasig City.
