Job Description

Ensures that all transactions are supported by pertinent documents and duly approved by authorized signatories
Responsible for preparation of documents such as Delivery Receipts and Sales Invoice for the following transaction:
Sales to Customers (OP Accounts)
Delivery to Rental Accounts
Responsible in Receiving of all Transfer Order in Netsuite once Fulfilled and Actual Received by Clients.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Manager or Transport Supervisor
Coordinate with Sales Admin for the transmittal of Outright Purchase Order for Delivery.
College Graduate
Proficient in MS Officer Applications; Excel, Word, Power Point
Knowledge in NetSuite
