Job Description

  • A Warehouse Partsman, also known as a Parts Technician or Parts Clerk, is responsible for managing, organizing, and distributing parts within a warehouse.
  • Typically in industries like automotive or heavy equipment.
  • This role ensures that the correct parts are available when needed for repairs, maintenance, or sales.
  • Holds a degree in engineering or another relevant field (e.g. logistics, supply chain, or industrial management).
  • At least one year of experience in warehouse operations and inventory control.
  • A safety officer certificate is advantageousbut not mandatory.
  • Proficient in inventory handling, Microsoft Office, and SAP.
  • Meticulous, dedicated, and responsible.
  • Conducts regular inspections and organizes stocked parts.
  • Ensures efficient and timely release of parts upon order.
  • Performs random inventory checks at all times to detect discrepancies.
  • Reports any unusual findings in stocking or inventory to supervisors.
