II.Job Purpose
The Warehouse Custodian is responsible in receiving the products delivered at PC branches, maintains inventory of goods, implements good warehousing practices, and performs impactful merchandising of products or promos.
III.Duties and Responsibilities
- Receives and verifies delivered products as against delivery invoices, including the physical inspection of the products for damage or breakage. Documents are filed for accurate monitoring (i.e. receiving in the PCIS, etc.)
- Ensures accuracy of dispatched invoices
- Process order at PCNet
- Manage and organize products in the stockroom following FIFO or FEFO standards.
- Manage and organize products in the supermarket according to planogram, including booster or promo displays.
- Responsible for picking, releasing, and packing of dealer orders.
- Uploads and carries goods into dealers drop off point with delivery partners.
- Assist in conduct of daily cycle count in coordination with Happy Customer Supervisor and Warehouse Custodian
- Conducts H2H calls and suggestive selling.
- Maintains Cleanliness and Orderliness in the Branch premises.
