Qualifications
- At least Secondary Level, Vocational Diploma, or equivalent qualification with relevant experience
- With at least 2 years of related warehouse experience
- Can drive both 4-wheel and 2-wheel vehicles (with valid driver's license)
- High level of integrity, ethics, and compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Committed, responsible, and able to multitask
- Able to work under pressure
- Team player with strong sense of accountability
Responsibilities
- Manage, coordinate, and control daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency
- Maintain accurate filing and inventory record systems
- Coordinate daily delivery schedules and logistics arrangements
- Assist in coordinating with third-party transportation providers
- Drive for transporting goods, including loading/unloading and processing necessary delivery documents
- Check and receive incoming goods, spare parts, consumables, and raw materials
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure optimal inventory and logistics management
- Handle all warehouse and logistics-related responsibilities
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
