Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory tracking tools.
Experience with cycle counting, stock audits, and reconciliation procedures.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Experience in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation processes.
Develop and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and stock discrepancies.
Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse and inventory staff performance.
Monitor warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, inventory accuracy, turnaround time, and productivity.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align stock availability with business needs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational policies, and quality requirements.
Optimize warehouse layout, storage methods, and material flow for maximum efficiency.
Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and operational performance.
