As Warehouse and Delivery Management Lead, you will be in-charge in promoting to all 1RE BUs a significant forecast in inventory replenishment, acting as COE to ensure 1RE is compliant according to AP agreed provisions in data management. This position oversees plant-based Warehouse operation process such as: receiving plant supplies in accordance to specification and standard, stock and obsolescence management, replenishment planning and effective and efficient monetization of scrap/surplus items and in -charge in spare parts turn over for new plants.This position also ensures proper implementation of 1RE agreed contracts between buyer, vendor and concerned department. The incumbent coordinates the transactions to procurement, departments and vendors to ensure procured items and services meet the agreed timeline and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the SCM Team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Oversees Inventory Management System Operations of all 1RE BUs such as: stock replenishment, stock issuance, material return, stock level adjustment, stock level enrollment, physical count, obsolescence review, storeroom allocation, bin transfer, consignment and system clean up
• Oversees replenishment planning with 1RE collaboration (using historical considerations, ROP formula and Lead Time)
• Lead OTIF Data Management and implement Data Management Tools to monitor OTIF effectively
• Oversees 5S and best practices of site warehouse including safety activities in inventory and chemical storage and promote alignment with 1RE
• Supervise and monitor the turnover of spare parts for newly constructed projects.
• Acts as lead and execute strategies and warehouse initiatives to improve 1RE process
• Coordinates other post-PO activities such as expediting, goods receiving, logistics, and importations to ensure that all orders/contracts are expedited to meet project schedules.
• Prepares Monthly Expediter's report with analysis and data based on the issues encountered during coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Executes solution in order to mitigate impact/disruption in the supplier's delivery
• Supports in expediting locally-ordered goods. Imported / exported items in coordination to MMS/Buyers/EUs and System IC
• Supports on-time replenishment of approved ordered inventories
• Imposes LD to vendor for delay deliveries as part of delivery management
• Expedites product delivery to meet the project schedule and requirements.
• Assists security in utilization of vendor's database and use RPA delivery system in monitoring OTIF
• Coordinates other relevant documents deemed necessary in on time delivery of goods and services.
• Coordinates rejected items with the supplier from return up to communication closure
• Performs other related tasks and/or functions that may be assigned by his or her superiors

To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:

• Project Experience: Efficiency in organizing and managing inventory, knowledge in data management and high level capability in Microsoft Excel. Able to operate warehouse equipment, adeptness in coordinating with logistics and supply chain partners, and proficiency in using warehouse management systems.
• Professional: Preferably at least 3 years experience in warehouse operations and related fields.
• Leadership: 1 to 2 yr experience.

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in College graduate preferably engineering graduate BS IE
• 3 years of experience in Warehouse and Expediting
• If needed, certifications / cross-industry experience / specialized skills

Technical / Functional Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Oracle and Maximo and Powerpoint /Email Blast App /Procurement and Warehouse
• Strong skills in Data Management and Proactive
