Wardrobe Supervisor

Responsibilities

Maintains a high standard of service excellence through monitoring and directing the day-to day operation of the Wardrobe Team's performance, efficiency, productivity, cleanliness, and maintenance of resort's uniforms. This role coordinates and maintains daily operational requirements of the Wardrobe Department which encompasses the Seamstress areas and all other aspects of the operation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of college education or equivalent degree/diploma.
• At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume Wardrobe operation.
• Experience with an automated conveyor-type uniform distribution system and inventory system is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the InvoTech System is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Tagalog.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Knowledgeable in fabric compositions and standard laundry procedures for different fabrics.
• Strong people handling, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Fast learner, adaptable, and able to work effectively under pressure.
