Job Summary

Responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service to hotel guests, ensuring a professional dining experience aligned with hotel standards and guest satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings
  • Take and relay accurate orders to kitchen and bar staff
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations
  • Set up and clear tables for dining service, banquets, and room service as needed
  • Process billing and handle payments accurately
  • Follow hotel policies on hygiene, grooming, and food safety
  • Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and front office teams when necessary

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting would be an advantage
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of fine dining or hotel service standards
  • Familiarity with POS systems
  • Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and wine service
  • Multilingual ability is an advantage
