Job Description
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and explain menu items, promotions, and specials when necessary.
- Take customer food and beverage orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to requests.
- Clear and clean tables before and after service.
- Prepare tables with clean utensils, napkins, and condiments.
- Process customer bills and collect payments accurately, if assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and work areas.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and immediately report serious concerns to the Restaurant Supervisor or Manager.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking supplies.
- Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Attend company meetings and training sessions as required.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or immediate supervisor.
- High school graduate or college level; hospitality-related education is an advantage.
- Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
