Description

  • Greet and escort customers to their tables.
  • Present menus and provide detailed information on specials and menu items.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level:02 years
  • Skills and Competencies:Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented, hospitality skills, and experience in quick service restaurants
  • Responsibilities and Duties:Ability to manage multiple tables and handle customer requests
  • Qualities and Traits:Friendly, attentive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Working Conditions:Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
