Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercialization and go-to-market strategies for payment products across merchant, enterprise, banking, government, and partner segments.
  • Partner with Product Management teams from early product development through launch to ensure strong market fit and successful adoption.
  • Build multi‑segment GTM plays aligned to growth goals Lead end‑to‑end product launches, including messaging, positioning, pricing, packaging, and rollout plans
  • Define target customer segments, use cases, value propositions, and competitive differentiation for new and existing payment solutions.
  • Act as the bridge between Product, Commercial, Partnerships, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure successful market execution.
  • Develop launch frameworks, adoption programs, sales enablement tools, customer engagement materials, and executive presentations.
  • Drive ecosystem and partnership-based growth opportunities across banks, fintechs, merchants, platforms, and technology partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive developments, customer needs, and regulatory changes within the payments ecosystem.
  • Support strategic customer engagements and industry presentations to articulate product value and market positioning.
  • Establish launch success metrics and track adoption, revenue growth, customer engagement, and market penetration.
  • Translate customer and market insights into recommendations for future product enhancements and roadmap priorities.

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of experience in Product Go-to-Market, Product Marketing, Product Strategy, Commercialization, or Product Management roles.
  • Strong experience within payments, fintech, card schemes, merchant acquiring, digital payments, banking technology, or financial services.
  • Deep understanding of payment ecosystems including acquiring, issuing, wallets, cross-border payments, real-time payments, embedded finance, and value-added services.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional product launches and driving market adoption.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen with experience in pricing, product performance, and growth strategy.
