Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees performance of the team to ensure that the campaign attains or delivers its Goals or Key Performance Metrics.
  • Manages the overall service delivery process of the assigned Business unit ensuring a high-level satisfaction of customer requirements.
  • Ensures that the operations business continuity and recovery requirements are met through regular review of business-related reports and initiatives.
  • Implements unit-wide operational strategies and solutions in line with the account's yearly business plan
  • Oversees the creation, development, update, and audit of work processes, workflows and instructions.
  • Leads and initiates unit-wide process reviews and brainstorming for various automation initiatives and projects that will impact overall operations
  • Provides direction in identifying appropriate methods and in choosing the best course of action in resolving problems
  • Spearheads new process improvement initiatives/projects in production.
  • Leads the development of the group's objectives, creating action plans to consistently improve metrics and achieve campaign goals
  • Develop and create strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals.
