VP - Investment Banking (CorpFin)

1. Manage the Department efficiently so that performance goals and objectives are achieved

2. Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business.

3. Perform guidance, supervision and approval in due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.

4. Facilitate mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and develop recommendations for product offerings along with private equity transactions.

5. Manage Initial Public Offerings (IPOs).

6. Manages all stages of client interaction, from the sales pitch to the transaction documents.

7. Formulates department's direction and strategy

8. Identifies and secures new corporate finance transactions

9. Manages day to day tasks of associates and analysts with the goal of the timely completion of the Corporate Finance Transactions

10. Assess transactions and develops the most suitable deal structure and strategies for the execution of the transaction

11. Assists in the negotiation of corporate finance transactions

12. Liaises with the top-tier officers of large organizations
