VP - Investment Banking

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Department efficiently so that performance goals and objectives are achieved
• Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business.
• Perform guidance, supervision and approval in due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.
• Facilitate mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and develop recommendations for product offerings along with private equity transactions.
• Manage Initial Public Offerings (IPOs).
• Manages all stages of client interaction, from the sales pitch to the transaction documents.
• Formulates department's direction and strategy
• Identifies and secures new corporate finance transactions
• Manages day to day tasks of associates and analysts with the goal of the timely completion of the Corporate Finance Transactions
• Assess transactions and develops the most suitable deal structure and strategies for the execution of the transaction
• Assists in the negotiation of corporate finance transactions
• Liaises with the top-tier officers of large organizations
