About Our Client:

Leading FMCG company

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the overall HR function across manufacturing plants and corporate office.
• Drive HR strategy and people agenda aligned with business and growth objectives (L&D, Comp & Ben, etc)
• Lead manpower planning, workforce productivity and talent deployment across plants.
• Build strong employee engagement and retention practices across the manufacturing workforce.
• Partner with business leaders on organizational design, succession planning and leadership development.
• Drive performance management, talent management and capability building across corporate and plant teams.
• Drive HR policies, processes, systems and best practices across the organization.
• Partner with the leadership team on culture, change management and organizational transformation.
• Use HR metrics and analytics to drive productivity, cost optimization and workforce effectiveness.

Key Requirements:

• 15 - 20 years of HR experience, preferably across FMCG/Food/Manufacturing.
• Strong experience in Plant HR + Corporate HR.
• Experience working closely with senior leadership/business heads.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and change-management capabilities.
